Try to open the Thrustmaster control panel app. I have win11 and everything works for my t300 wheel. I’m starting to think they will try and stretch this problem out until my warranty expires and I would have to buy a new shifter. The first step is to try and troubleshoot whether the issue is from the hardware itself or the calibration. They just wrote an email to me saying that I need to reach a firmware update in the Thrustmaster folder. I wait 2 days, get an email saying that they still need to troubleshoot, and to send a video of what’s wrong. Update: I have went back and forth with Thrustmaster, first they were gonna send the broken PCB, said it would take about 2 days. I can’t see it the calibration tool and I can’t see it in control panel anymore. How the hell do I fix this? It’s been weeks of me not using my wheel just because my shifter is not working. Ok, so my shifter stopped working randomly, at first i thought it would be an easy fix, but now after uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers 10 times, and the calibration software not working, and doing the reset by pressing the little button under the gear shifter, I am annoyed.
